You can type in your desired delivery date at the checkout, however, due to the current circumstances, courier companies are overwhelmed and cannot 100% guarantee nominated day delivery, therefore we recommend selecting delivery of the balloons for the day prior to account for any delays. 

DPD will not leave your delivery in a safe place once delivered unless it is specified by you beforehand. If your order arrives at your desired location and either you or a neighbour is unable to sign for it. Then the delivery will be taken back into the system and they will try and deliver the next working day – Tuesday to Friday. If you have missed your delivery please consult with DPD to get your order re-dispatched to you.

With the current climate across the globe, international suppliers are struggling to work within the restrictions put in place. Whilst we’re working to ensure your products are exactly as advertised, there may be cases where very small amendments are made to the bunch, or the balloon, that you receive. Changes to the style of the bunch will only be made if the Balloons le Grá Creative Team are happy with the overall look and feel of the bunch and that it matches as close as possible to the one ordered. If there are any changes that need to be made to your order which completely change the aesthetic of the bunch ordered, our Sales Team will contact you with alternatives.

If you need to make any changes to your order, this can happen within an hour of you placing the order. Please call us (0664013100) or email us ( hello@balloonslegra.ie ) with the request for changes. Due to the customised & personalised nature of our products, we’re unable to make any changes after this period. 

If you need to cancel your order, we’re able to arrange this within 5 working days before the due date of your delivery. If cancellation happens outside of this window, this will be assessed on a case by case basis and a cancellation fee may apply due to the products being personalised & perishable.

Of course! We want to make it as easy for you as possible and will certainly change the delivery address if you pop us an email or give us a call. Please note, once the item has been dispatched any changes to the delivery address will incur a 24-hour delay on your item.

Once the balloon has been dispatched from Balloons le Grá, our couriers offer the option for you to leave instructions regarding a safe place or leave with a neighbour via text or email. Balloons le Grá are not liable for any delivery directions provided by the customer to our couriers.
We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights.

While ordering online you will be able to type in the date of delivery that suits you. We advise that you have the items delivered the day before you need them to be on the extra-safe side!

Balloons le Grá can ship to any Irish address; however, we always advise that you let the venue know that the balloons are arriving. Please check whether the venue recommends any specific delivery instructions for your addressing label. If the item is signed for on the date chosen, we are unable to provide a refund should the venue misplace them.

Our Inflated Balloons last for up to 5 days depending on how the balloons are stored. 

Our balloons are designed for display and not to be used as a toy. The balloons need to be stored at room temperature in order to be in the best condition possible. You can leave these in or outside the delivery box however, we will always advise double-checking the products when they arrive to ensure you are happy with them.

PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A BOX WITH A KNIFE OR SCISSORS. Please peel the packing tape back. 

Some balloons, such as our Number & Character packages, arrive on multiple weights so that they can be displayed individually. This may result in the ribbons getting tangled during transit and can be easily separated once out of their box. We’re unable to provide refunds for tangled ribbons.

At Balloons le Grá, we offer a range of inflated Bubbles, Orbz, and Foils that you can personalise with your own wording. Our team of experts will use their experience to generate the personalisation in the most effective way for the size, shape, and layout of the balloon and your wording. Please note that we reserve the right for creative license over all of our products, and we cannot offer refunds, discounts, or compensation if the personalisation differs from what is shown in the customise box.

To comply with Data Protection regulations, we cannot discuss orders (including resends, faulty items, or who the item is from) with anyone other than the billable customer. If you have any queries regarding your order, please ask the billable customer to get in touch with us.
Unfortunately, we cannot send our inflated balloons overseas due to their delicate nature.

We receive many requests for charitable donations, and while we’d love to support every worthy cause, it’s not always feasible. We work with a select number of charities on an ongoing basis and do our best to support one-off requests. Please send any charity requests to hello@balloonslegra.ie

 

As balloons are popular for events and content creation, we receive many requests from media and influencers. Please fill in our Influencer & Media Form, and we’ll get back to you on your request. While we cannot always agree to every request, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We take great care to ensure that all our balloons are created by hand to the highest standards. However, if your balloons arrive damaged, please email us a picture of the product within 24 hours of arrival, and we’ll do all we can to rectify the issue. Please note that we cannot offer discounts or refunds if we do not receive an image of the faulty item within 24 hours of arrival. If part of your order arrives deflated, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund for the deflated balloon.
We understand that you want to surprise your recipient, but we recommend that you let them know that a parcel is coming so that they can be available to sign for it. If the recipient is not at home, the courier will leave the item in a safe place or attempt delivery the following day. We cannot offer any refunds or delivery charge for items that are not delivered due to the recipient’s absence.

Our online store is open 24/7, but please note that our head office and stores have different opening hours. We’re a small family-run business, so we cannot staff our office 24/7, but if you don’t end up talking to our main office, a member of our team in either our store in Tralee or Abbeyfeale will do their best to help you!
